What is Health Coaching?

A health coach helps individuals maximise their health through personalised diet and lifestyle choices. Health coaching involves a detailed review of the following areas:

  • Sleep

  • Relaxation

  • Exercise

  • Nutrition & Hydration

  • Stress Management

  • Relationships & Networks

  • Digestion

  • Hormones & Neurotransmitters

  • Detoxification capability

How much does Health Coaching cost?

An initial consultation costs £75. I request a minimum three month commitment to set up sustainable lifestyle and diet changes. My coaching packages start from £150 per month and include 2 coaching sessions per month which occur fortnightly. Depending on your health symptoms, there may be extra costs involved for blood or hormone tests. This is all dependent on how much you wish to spend on this and there will be no obligations to take these tests. There may also be costs associated with supplements that could help you.

  • Health history consultation of 60 minutes

  • 18 coaching sessions of 60 minutes

  • 12-month programme (fortnightly for 6 months, then monthly for 6 months)

  • Email support between sessions

  • Any required resources - I will provide you with the worksheets, workbooks and videos that I feel you need

  • Free access to the ‘Healthy Happy You’ 6 week group coaching programme

What does Health Coaching involve?

  1. Client Agreement - agreement of all terms and conditions. Your data is 100% confidential and will be stored in a GDPR-compliant database. You will have full access to this information. Payment is made in advance of coaching sessions.

  2. Intake documents - the Intake Form needs to be filled in and submitted 2 working days before the initial consultation. Please can you also send any blood tests or health tests you have taken in the last 2 years, for example, stool test, food sensitivity tests, hormone tests etc. You can download the intake form >>>HERE>>>

  3. Initial consultation / Health History - this lasts 60 minutes. In preparation for this session, I will carefully prepare for around two hours using the information you have submitted in your intake form and from your blood test results. During the session, we will agree a plan for you to implement over the next 3 months.

  4. Ongoing coaching - coaching sessions will take place every 2 weeks and you will own a regular fortnightly slot in my calendar until you decide to stop coaching.
