Hi, I’m Susie!
My biggest passion is helping busy mothers maximise their energy and health through simple diet changes and adding more movement, exercise, self-care and joy into their lives.
I would love to hear from you! Please do contact me for a free 15 minute consultation, I would love to assist you with your health journey and help you prepare for a healthy menopause.
Sometimes mothers put their own needs second to that of their children and everyone else.
In order to take care of our families best, we need to look after ourselves as mothers. This also helps us thrive in our careers and our relationships. We really can have it all with careful prioritisation and aligning with our values.
My goal for myself, and all mothers that I work with, is to enjoy this time with our children while they are young, while also having a great relationship with our husbands, excelling in our careers and being proud of and happy with our bodies as we grow older and prepare for a healthy symptom-free menopause.
As someone who is on this journey, I have spent a long time trying to understand how to live healthily by getting quality sleep and eating nutritious foods. I feel there is a lot of confusion out there which gives people an excuse to continue their bad habits rather than having a clear view on what they need to do in the long run to have ideal health and energy.
There would be so much more happiness and peace in the world if each person maximised their health and had the energy to fulfil their individual purpose.
Success stories
I have successfully helped several clients lose weight and reverse symptoms like asthma and PMS through reducing stress and inflammatory foods and increasing self-care. I am currently studying at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, where I am taking courses on asthma, anxiety and depression, cardiovascular health, hormones and diabetes.
After having great success with several clients during 2019 and 2020, I decided to pursue my passion with health coaching and set up my health coaching business in 2020.
My personal journey
From 2002-2005, I studied to become a life coach and was an assistant teacher at a coaching school. I was not sure of my path and hired a coach who told me I was “busy-sick” so I had a big journey of simplifying my life and decluttering my house.
This opened up a fantastic opportunity to be on my company’s graduate programme that I had applied for unsuccessfully several times. In 2005, I suspended my coaching business and joined the graduate programme and worked in some amazing jobs in sales and abroad in Geneva, a proper dream job.
I continued to work my way up the career ladder while my boys were in primary school. I have studied functional nutrition for the past 2 years and learned a great deal about what causes disease.
A bit more
I am still trying to figure out how to sleep better, how to get more healthy foods into my diet and maximise my productivity. As a busy mother, I am still on a journey of discovery and I hope to be able to share all my learnings with my clients as I continue the journey.
I have been coaching for nearly two decades and adore helping people make those changes that really make a difference to their health and happiness.
My values are learning, love, health and causing change. I am very lucky to have a career which enables me to express these four values on a daily basis!
I am a functional medicine health coach, based near London in the UK.
